Wow! Just got the email from Mo standing behind his products. I have never had anything go bad but I am very impressed with his commitment. Much respect and a loyal continued customer here. Love GD.

I have been making soaps since 2017. Grooming Dept soaps have been well received. The soaps have been purchased by customers all over the world. I have constantly sold out of every batch I have made! I frequently receive emails from customers informing me of how much joy the soaps bring them.



Each batch I have made of each soap has been around 120 jars. I have become aware that some jars of some releases have become unstable and gone bad. While I don’t believe the issue are prevalent, I stand behind the products which I make.



If you are not satisfied with any Grooming Dept soap you have. Please contact me so I can issue you an RMA number to return the soaps. If you are the original owner of the soap I will gladly offer you a refund option or store credit. If you bought the soaps second hand, I’ll be happy to issue you store credit.

I've been using Kairos 4.7 that Mo sent me to test and was going to write a long summary of my experience. Rayclem did such a great job of it that all I really need to say is I agree with him completely. This is one outstanding soap/cream , the lather is slick, rich,and cushioning. The scent is clean , fresh and mild. Mo has outdone himself again.

Yesterday, someone mentioned, I sold testers. That's absolutely false. I have sent 53 samples of Kairos so far, and I paid for the shipping, and never asked for anything in return, except feedback. The only person I asked to pay for shipping is DanLaw because I'm sending him almost 6oz of Kairos - tester samples are usually 2oz, I'm also sending him 2oz of Aion which sells for $32 per 4oz.
