Thank you for the update. I'm delighted you like Boomer. It was a fun scent to make from scratch. For a week, 4 times a day, I was sniffing a bottle of Brut aftershave I bought from Walgreens
Happy holidays.

The House Of Creed, in a generic way Also from scratch. It does have roots in a earlier scent I made called Credence.
I bought Charbon a few weeks back but had it shipped to a friend's home due to a package theft issue in my area. So he had the soap in his car in the garage and they had a garage fire and the garage is currently red tagged and he can't get to the soap in the car so not sure if it survived or not. Thought it was ironic that it was the Charbon soap in the car. I showed my friend a pic of the label and he swears the fire was my fault! Lol

Mo was kind enough to send me a couple of samples of his new bases with my last order. First up is the Kairos base. The first thing I noticed is how different it looks than other soaps I’ve used. It’s very white and creamy looking. The base is extremely soft. The soap has a very light, inoffensive floral scent. I lathered it up and noticed that it makes a thin lather. I didn’t add enough water during the first pass and the soap dried out a bit. I didn’t repeat my mistake next time around and I hydrated the soap properly and got an extremely slick lather as a result. It was then that I realized what Mo had in mind. He has been using an Artist Club style shavette lately and this soap seems like the perfect companion for that style of razor. It is very different from any other GD soap I’ve tried. I look forward to giving it another shot when I get my AC shavette back from my friend.
