It's a really interesting question related to razors and efficiency. What does a BBS do to the skin. When hair is cut that close, what happens to the surrounding skin layers? What happens when one repeatedly goes over certain areas to remove hair. If you get a microscope and look at the lather on the razor: it's full of tissue that is removed along with hair, regardless of the type of blade or razor or the type of pre/soap one uses!
