I love this about Mo. I couldn't get the the first two soaps I ordered from him (a very long time ago) to lather, despite my repeated best efforts. I acknowledged on the forums that it was likely my human error, and never criticized the soap. Mo PM's me to offer two soaps from his new batch, without charge. I PIF'd the two I couldn't figure out to lather, but continue to enjoy the two replacements that Mo sent me. The day I first used one of the two replacements, quite successfully, I ordered a tub of original Mallard. I received today my new tub of Frankinlime. I've never been frustrated by Grooming Dept's customer service, and will always remember Mo's unsolicited help to make me happy.
