Has anyone who placed an order recently had it shipped yet? I placed one on March 24 and then emailed to ask if I could add something to the order before it was despatched. I didn't hear back from Mohammed so emailed again two days ago but he still hasn't replied and the order hasn't been sent.

My recent experience is just the opposite. Ordered on April 1, Shipping notice in April 3, at USPS on April 4. Based on this Mo is trying to keep to his commitments.

I really don't mind the order taking a while, I would just like a response back from him.

That I understand. Been there before with Mo. I think when he is really busy he goes silent but when it comes to questions about orders / customer service he should be more responsive. Like your avatar btw.
