I can’t say I have any idea what is going on here, but I had a recent instance where my tracking wasn’t updated from that particular post office. The packages did arrive normally though.

I'm sorry for the delays in your orders. They required manual steps, I ended up putting them aside to add item manually to the boxes and I missed taking with me to USPS. I'll make sure they go out today.

Sorry, the labels for the unscented got damaged. They're all shipping today.

This, I understand things come up but every time this happens it’s the same response. This is my first time ordering direct on an actual release and I mistakenly thought he had it all figured out. I was wrong. Too many other good soaps out there to deal with this. Unfortunately my order had mostly unscented soaps for my brothers birthday gift but that was missed even though I ordered them well in advance.

Looking back Mohammad started this thread almost a year and a half ago. Congrats to all the hard work churning out of Millbrae. There’s been a lot of great artisans and soaps since that have joined in the hobby.

GroomingDept is still the very finest made today...and then some.
