It’s pretty crazy to see everything sold out on the website. Can’t wait for the new product lines.
One scent that I like from the initial release is Bonum Mane. That one doesn’t garner as much discussion, but it would be fun to see it return.

Fantastic first few shaves with the Lusso base. Clearly there was a dinner party making this base and Mohammad invited water. The guests were out the door as this soap can take more water than anything I’ve tried creating that glassy ‘substrate’ Charles Roberts chased during his short career.
The blade just slips to a sleek finish. Thick, dense, creamy with that cushion Mohammad talks about. Lots of Cupuacu butter and the soap easily rinses clean in honor of those wonderful Italian soaps we all know and love.
Amazing quality in these soaps and there really is nothing quite like them made today.

Thank you Mohammed. It is nice to know that an artisan like yourself studies these things. I skimmed the article and will have to read it more carefully later. Forgive me for being skeptical, but I could not help but notice the disclaimer at the end “This work was fully funded by Procter & Gamble. The authors are both employees of Procter & Gamble. ...”. — They were comparing their own branded cartridge to a cheaper unbranded cartridge. OTOH the ideas that parallel force is good (if I read that right) and flow through is important for debris removal do seem to make sense.

This was just a quickie palm lather after I received the Janus Tallow v16 to test. Imagine a denser, MORE luxurious version of lusso and you’re close.
Post shave is as expected from GD - in a word fabulous. No need for AS unless you like the smell, which I do but have tested without for a few days and the skin feel is outrageous.
I will post some thoughts on the other new vegan formula tomorrow.
