This conversation begs the question, what is the shelf life of your soaps? Does it differ across the different bases (vegan/tallow/duck fat/etc..) I have had several soaps for quite a while and they still perform as when they were new.

My Soaps should have indefinite shelf life. And for as long as I'm in business, they're returnable if you're not happy with your purchase

I appreciate your response AND your guarantee. Can't argue with that! You just gave me more of a reason, not that I needed one after using your product, to try more soaps and product yet to be released! You are appreciated!

Mohammad...Does that mean you do use preservatives in your soap products? Or. are your soaps not superfatted with oils that can go rancid pretty quickly?

Mohammad...Does that mean you do use preservatives in your soap products? Or. are your soaps not superfatted with oils that can go rancid pretty quickly?

The latter, the oil combinations I use prevents oils from going rancid. Jojoba oil is especially good at retarding rancidity. I don't use preservatives in my soaps. But I definitely will in products which contain water or witch hazel or aloe and balms.

I used Earl Grey Gelato for the first time and I was blown away. I have tried a couple of the other brands of duck fat but they don’t come close. I do not like tea in the slightest but i found this scent pleasant and calming. No post shave product needed. Great job Mohammad.

I spent sometime researching and asking question about ingredients which retard rancidity when making products with plant oils. Several people from the cosmetic industry suggested I use "MIXED TOCOPHEROLS" That's Vitamine E extracts.

I have found a non GMO natural Mixed Tocopherols product which I'll add to the pre-shave oil and the post shave serum. Now you can expect a very long shelf life from my oil based products

I have found a non GMO natural Mixed Tocopherols product which I'll add to the pre-shave oil and the post shave serum. Now you can expect a very long shelf life from my oil based products

Is there any comment on a statement such as a cosmetic product can perform at it's optimum performance with a small and controlled amount of tocopherol acetate (vitamin e extracts etc.). I think I remember reading it is quite an effective included ingredient for skin contact as well as be a maximizer with the total batch's freshness. The control is in knowing how little to use and not to over indulge in too high percentage of tocopherols.

The industry seems to agree on: 0.5% to 1% for it's antioxidants effect on the freshness of the oils. Anything more is really up to the formulator, Vitamin E is considered beneficial to the skin.
