Got all of mine today and I think the smell of the Mallard Chai is the best smelling to me. I got all of the new Mallards, unscented lamb and another Angel.

My order got delayed in the mail, but should arrive tomorrow. Angel and Chypre really looking forward to both the new soap bases and scents. they sound amazing!


Hunter- I'm not usually a huge gourmand fan either, but if the original Mallard was great. With Mohommad's skill of blending scents I'm sure it will smell great. Tea scents especially, they all sound awesome and was thinking of picking up the Chai tea one but got the Chypre instead.

SHAVEWIZARD420 I agree, the Original Mallard is awesome. I didn’t hesitate to snag this one, I’ve used enough of Mohammad’s scents to know that it’s going to be outstanding!

Yea the new Mallard scents all sound good. There don't seem to be a whole lot of tea scented soaps on the market, a few but not that many.

I was a bit leery of the original Mallard since it is a chocolate type scent, not usually in my wheel house, but the coffee, Sandalwood and Spice blend together to make a great scent.

I couldn't make the Saturday USPS closing time, and was was gone offline for the past 1.5 days. I have dropped all remaining packages this morning. I'm really sorry for this delay.

I hope you accept a little constructive criticism.  This seems to be a BIG problem for you.  This is the second time that there has been a significant shipping delay.  You are simply going to have to do better.  No excuses!

Thank you for your business. I hope you continue to enjoy my products. I'm not making excuses I know I've screwed up shipping process on launch, multiple times. I'm sorry.

I'm going throttle the launches so I can ship all orders before I make additional batches available. I'm going to send Top Of The Chain siriannic his orders prior to releasing them on my site so people have other options to buy. I'll continue to announce new scents I'm working on Instagram, but I'm removing the release schedule. Once the soaps are available I'll announce them on a thread in the Grooming Dept sub forum.

That Chair Mallard sounds great. I love a cup of Indian Chai tea, since I drink tea almost everyday it's awesome to see some new tea scents on the market.

Finally received USPS update that order is on way. Expect thursday and first use on friday am. The question is which one? Kulfi, Angel or Chypre Conifère?

MIne finally shipped today. I would like to be supportive, but...this is a BIG problem. I this guy wants to have a successful business he is going to need to take this a bit more seriously. Customer service needs to be a priority. In excess of a week before something actually makes it way to the mail is a BIG problem. Look, I know it is only shaving soap, but "come on man" get the job done, and this is the second time! For me, there are other great soaps, and the job gets done in a timely manner. I think I might be done with this.

Mine finally got delivered today... Eleven days door to door. But as mentioned in an earlier post, I won't get it until I return to work on Monday (so earliest shave is Tuesday; 18 days).

It's only shaving soap, but come on. There are too many other soaps that get delivered without any fuss. Maybe this guy should spend less time on social media and more time fulfilling his obligations.

Still constructive. I am merely pointing out the obvious. He has a very active social media presence. However, he has a problem fulfilling his obligations. He needs to redirect his energy. As my wife and I tell my 3rd grader "First things first." In other words, take care of what is important.
