Here's some news for you. People pay money for a product. That entitles them to certain expectations... And grants them rights to be miffed when they're not met. Also, this is a discussion forum where, you know, discussions happen.

I’ve never seen such hurt feelings over customers having legitimate complaints, I run a huge company and if I never got customer complaints who spend there hard earned dollars with me I would never get better at what I do. I most certainly would never call any concerns or complaints childish. I would deal with them in a timely manner and make sure they didn’t happen again.
