Bumps in the road? This road needs repaving. My order from last Friday still hasn't shipped.

LMAO..Rather comical to read about people bent out of shape about some minor shipping delays. As if they’re almost totally out of soap in their dens.....Life must be pretty good if you have time to fixate and obsess about this..

*History of shipping delays
The release date was bumped twice. Shipping was then said to be Mon-Tue. Then Wed-Thu. Now it's Friday.
I'm hardly bent out of shape. But see if I order from GD again.
EDIT: Not that I need to explain myself to anyone, but this "minor shipping delay" means I won't receive my products until the 26th as I'll be out next week. Which yes, is partially my fault for shipping it to work. But that's beside the point. So, 17 days after ordering.

When you spend hard earned money you can complain about anything you want.

I have no problem people voicing their frustration about the delayed shipping, I fully understand. I'm sorry, I'm still trying to figure this out within the limitations I have. It's getting a lot better and will continue to get better. Thank you everyone for your support, even the people are who are upset, I'm really trying....
I'm postponing today's release, there was a surprise scent too! I want to make sure I can ship out soaps as quickly as I do when It's not a storm of orders.

Sounds good Mo, I’m displeased with the shipping times but am actually quite pleased that you’re proactive in fixing them.
I would never complain about something just to denigrate someone, it’s always hopefully to help a fellow businessman.

Oh, man! Please don’t do that if possible. I’ve been looking forward to Incense and Rose release since long long time. I think pre-order seems like the best option. We don’t miss out on the chance to order and have to follow forums/ website/ instagram for information and you get idea of demand and time for preparing and shipping soaps.

This. Pre-order is the way to go. Gives everybody time to do their thing.
Until you establish a clear method to announce pending releases, with proper details - this is much better than "notify me when available." People might be busy, sleeping, working - who knows - when these emails go out (and can't react, thus missing out).
