Soooooo, I revisited Chypre today and boy oh boy was I impressed. I posted about it when I used it the first time and was using a synthetic brush. The lather build was less than stellar the first time. Well, this time I used my Saponificio Varesino 2 band Manchurian brush and the lather was phenomenal, scent was wonderful and the Shave with a Charcoal Level 3 DC and PolSilver blade was outstanding. I definitely stand corrected. Absolutely love the new Donkey Milk Vegan formula. Bravo!!

Happy to hear you had better results this time with Chypre Conifère. Thanks for the update.
A little while ago, over on FB, rawfox1 requested a rose scented soap in the same base. Happy to oblige Sometime in February, I'll release Tao - Scent notes: Grapefruit, Blackcurrant, Rhubarb, Rose, Gardenia, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Ambergris and Musk.

Very nice. Noticed the new Mallards got pushed to the 26th. Is that a firm date now?

Other than that, when you get your soap, when it's available, if it's available... As the penguin in the Geico commercial says, “Nope, Nope, Nope!”
Maybe someone will part with it but that is the best beef tallow release by far from GD. The scent and lather are outstanding. Good luck though!

Uuuuuuhhh, he’s been pretty consistent for me. The only slip up was during the holidays and Mo remedied that for me. I am up to 15 tubs of GD soaps so I’m pretty familiar with his release schedule and love all of the soaps I have so.....I’m good if a release date changes by a few days.

Ouch george1906! I’m hoping to get my hands on it. Not helping that you make it sound so good!
