Loaded quicker than Tacit and while it took a healthy amount of water I was able to get to my desired lather quicker than Tacit. Hydrated glossy lather was slightly less dense than that of Tacit but no less protective if that makes sense. Slickness was excellent as is Tacit. Face feel right now is unreal.

Spot on comparison so far Smile Thank you.

Commenting on the density + voluminousness: I'm primarily straight razor shaver, and never took to fluffy big lather which is aerated as opposed a viscous dense lather.

I agree that a thicker viscous more unctuous lather is what I prefer. I volitionally began searching for soaps that had no coconut oil as it seemed to be what most people were using to give fluffy body and latherability to soaps.

Please let me know if anyone is interested in managing a pass-around. I'd be happy contribute one Mallard jar and one beef tallow jar. Probably that person would get to try both jars before they head over to the next person Smile

I consider myself ineligible for the pass around too.

GD soaps have piqued my interest recently. I am yet to pull the trigger on it but one day soon MO may have another customer.

The release schedules and the time zone of my country (India) do not match and by the time I wake up its all gone....

I am not so sure of top of the chain thing, with boat shipping...it will take them months to reach me...so still figuring out how to grab a puck or two.

Thanks for your interest. I hope you figure out a way to get the soaps to India at reasonable cost without taking few months to arrive.

Try something new! If you would like to be notified of new releases or restock please subscribe to this thread:

https://damnfineshave.com/thread-new-rel...ouncements

I'm going this route, because I don't want to bombard people via a mailing list, and I don't want to clutter product pages with notification buttons. I'm keeping the thread locked so It can only be used for announcements.

Moving forward, I'm only going to announce products when they're absolutely ready to ship within 48 hours. I'll only post qualities I can handle to ship within the time frame.
