Some of this was talked out in another thread here. From wolfman website:

Sept 19 2019:
Scheduling is still being considered. The order form seems to be working well and email replies will start to be sent out for each order submitted. All entries (excluding multiples) should receive a reply within the next week. The reply will be titled "Automated Reply from Wolfman Razors". The delay right now is due to limits by Google for number of emails that can be sent. In a week (by Sept 26) , all entries should have a reply sent.

Thank you for this information. Gives me hope ... all things come to he who waits ... unless he waits too long ....  Rolleyes

My story is basically the same, but I was bit late to the party. I didn't log on here and find out about the new order form until September 10th. Sent in my form, received the confirmation of the receipt, and the assurance that changing the order details will be allowed in the forthcoming email, followed by the invoice. Patiently waiting.

Tracking tells me my new WR2 arrived at my office about ten minutes ago. It's tempting to go in to pick it up...

This new system certainly worked for me. I entered my order on September 6, and received it on the 21st. Amazing.

I'm proud of myself for not going to the office to pick it up. My excuse is that my weekend was too busy, but there was a time, not long ago, when I would have turned cartwheels to get my mitts on the razor within an hour...

Received 2nd email from James on Friday and just waiting for the confirmation / change email. Feel like my dog waiting to go out. Come on get the leash open the door let’s go and have some fun. Patience required and good things will come.

At least the wait gives time to think about options. I was originally going for a 1.15sb but think I’m going to up it to a 1.25sb.
