We have had multiple (positive) comparisons of Sir Henry's Sandalwood to Art of Shaving's Sandalwood. Perhaps we filled a void that we didn't even realize. Sir Henry's performs. And has T-A-L-L-O-W.

All is right with the globe - or at least in the wet shaving world. BTRC has revived the AOS/SANTAL masterpiece. Scent is on it, performance better. Get it boys.

Sir Henry's Sandalwood is an original to us. A very good scent in it's own right.
Black Tie Razor Company Sandalwood is our interpretation of AOS Sandalwood.
Two different sandalwoods.

Big Al. It is a tallow soap. Great base. A favorite of mine. Easy to lather. SH has a solid policy, if you don't like it, can return it no charge.
