I really enjoyed the thread where our vendors shared their favorite soap with us. Tonight on Facebook one of the high profile artisans in shavedom generously shared his endorsement of a new artisan on Etsy. My question for our vendors is what is their favorite soap not made by them.

Will is my favorite artisan, many good soaps out there, but he is a guru when it comes to unique and beautiful scents. Yes, it's too complex for some, but I love it.

I'm also a big fan of Barrister & Mann/Will.

Other notable artisans that I particularly like are Mickey Lee Soapworks, Bufflehead, and Catie's Bubbles.

Really enjoying Beaver Woodwright and Tim's currently...then there's Dr Jon's too. It's endless at the moment, lot's of very nice soap currently bubbling up!

LASSCo and Mickey Lees soap offerings are the ones from the US for me.

You are right. We are so lucky to be in the golden age of artisan shaving products. I just need to win the Powerball.

Currently my favorite soap is Chiseled Face. Mickey lee being a close second. They're very similar in consistency, cushion, and glide. Both are equally easy to lather as well and I have very hard water.

Barrister & Mann has been my favorite for quite some time now. I have quite a few of Will's soaps and I always find myself reaching for one.

B&M definitely set the bar for me.
