Fluffy Industries Baking Division was on the job today. 
The wife made some Choux pastry that she will fill with some mocha chocolate cream. 
I made my 1960’s Betty Crocker recipe Chocolate Chip cookies. 
And felt like homemade pizza for dinner. 
The old oven got a workout today boys. 

As well as the oven, the new mixer I got my wife for our anniversary got a work out as well. 

We’ve been wanting one for quite a while. And this one popped up on Facebook marketplace. Got it for a Benjamin. It’s like new. They go for a good bit more in stores. Worth the 20 mile drive to pick it up. She is making meringue as I post this with the left over egg whites from the choux pastry.
