Figured I should use a “W” razor so the Celebrated W & B got pressed into service.
I can confirm that vintage Williams is a good soap. But for the lack of scent you would think it’s a new small batch handmade fancy soap. I would say it’s dang close to my beloved Tabac in performance. Unfortunately I have to refrain from granting it “skippy” status. As the lack of scent is a negative. Futures Wednesday’s will likely see me adding some scent to my Williams.
We’ve turned the corner. Weekend is in sight. Let’s hope the last furlong is uneventful.

Speaking of Tabac, that mischievous Kentuckian is sending me a small sample, so that I may at least get a whiff of this potent masculine shaving soap. Should I be worried, that my chest suddenly get hairy, or my biceps bulge, or that my nostrils suddenly sprout a Tom Selleck mustache?!  Big Grin

Tabac can be credited with many wondrous achievements. Your list tis but a fraction of the possible outcomes from your future exposure to its majesty. I dare say it could be a life changing experience for you my good man.
Look forward to your report Eric.

Eric, my rich & exotic friend.

Tabac is an acquired scent like no other.

If I may…

It’s borderline offensive at first sniff(s). However, I promise you it will grow on you like no other. In time you shall question your sanity… and perhaps a strange attraction to dirty Grandma’s and their thrift shop, spicy floral handbags. You will sniff it often trying to break your unusual new lust. You will invite others to sniff as well. Again questioning everything you’ve come to believe. In the end, and perhaps years later, you shall come full-circle. Your conclusion may perhaps be, this is the greatest shave soap in the history of mankind.

Ref Stubble Daddy's post #1484.  Case in point:

Wally Cox Before Tabac:

(Reads Bible; collects stamps; shaves with electric razor.)

Wally Cox After Tabac:

(Reads Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, collects thumbs, shaves with a scimitar.)

Do you dare to go there?

This is an exciting day. Tabac was, is and always will be the greatest mens fragrance ever. Yes, there are those who don’t like it. They just can’t handle masculinity turned up to 11!   Happy2
