Wednesday Shave

Toyo 777 The Scheon Burg Razor
SV Badger
Sudsy Soapery Cola with Rhassoul Clay
Nivea Deep AS

For those of you guys that like to use straights. If you don't have any Japanese produced razors....well, I pity you. They are Skippy.  This particular razor shaves as good as it looks.
The soap is one of my fav's as well. It has all the qualities needed to make for happy skin. And the Nivea is a real nice AS for a bargain price. This setup could easily be a daily routine. It's that damn good.
Hope you all had a good "hump day"

I can't say anything about the straights, but the Nivea AS is great.  And - thank you very much - IIRC it was you or Dave that turned me on to it.

For those of you that use straights. If you don’t have 14....well I pity you Smile

In other news. My brush handle project should be finished up this weekend. I’ve thought out of the box on this one. Will be curious to see what you guys think.

Also I  would like to recognize all of my fellow veterans that are not here for the holiday weekend. They gave all, for us and our great country. Let’s never forget. Also please keep the gold star families in our hearts and prayers. This can be a bitter sweet weekend for them.

Friday's Shave

Gold Dollar 66 Razor
B&M Leviathan
Yaqui Badger
Pitralon Classic (Green)

We made it guys. Holiday weekend is here.
For those of you that enjoy straights. If you don't have a Gold Dollar..... I pity you. Smile  Well not actually. What the heck is your major malfunction. $6.95 shipped from China.
Of course this one is a very hard to find square point. Found this one next to a bench grinder.
If any of you guys ever thought about getting one. But the need for it to be honed stopped you. I would not mind taking care of that aspect. Just shoot me a PM.
I enjoy honing. To me it's not a chore.
Hope all of you are going to have a good weekend.

Saturday Shave

Harris Goar Kansas City Extra Hollow
AP Cashmere brush
Cella Soap
Nivea Deep Vanilla and Bourbon

Good shave and early to bed last night. And butt crack early rise today.
Had to put the missus on a plane at 0400.
Once I returned home. The epoxy was set up enough for me to put my new brush together.
Turned out fairly well.  Maiden voyage with it tonight. Big thanks to MaineYooper for gifting me the knot. Which necessitated my coming up with a handle to mount it in. Curious what all of you will think of it.
Hope you all are having a good weekend.

I am curious about your curious brush! And some guy time! Remember to clean up the house before the missus returns!
