On those days you use your clown puke. Duh! Didn’t you read the “Rules For the Proper Use of Shave Soap International Edition”?

You owe it to yourself to get the International Edition Eric. 
It’s written in the Kings English (Gillette). It doesn’t translate well into other languages. Looses some of its nuances and meaning.

Tonight's shave was nice. As well as seeing me try the last of two batches of samples from two super cool dudes. HighSpeed  and Dave in KY .
Double Duck Satinedge did the cutting. 
I saved the Dragonsbeard Oleo Base Dave sent for last. I like the scent. But was surprised that it changes to my nose once it's lathered up. To my nose it gets a sweeter smell to it. 
I have some Oleo Soap already. And the reviews for Franks V2 base are positive. Once I use up a soap, one of  my "On Deck Soaps" list will get the nod. Ethos is firmly in the mix. 
The two badger brushes I have.  This Yaqui from DeepSea and the SV. Caused me to want to yank the knot out of my Razorock 400 brush. I have ordered a "Gealousy knot to put in place of the old synthetic. But haven't seen it yet.
And with all the talk bout the Tobacco aftershave that only Dave in KY and I have here in the states. That got the call for tonight. 
Friday is almost upon us. Hope everyone is ready for the weekend.

That’s one great lookin Duck ya got there! I’ve got a dwarf out getting scales to match my Greydog brush.

Thanks John. It took a good bit of time to get one for a fair price in good shape. But I’m glad to have it. Back when I got into straights. They were bringing ridiculously high prices. This one is a very good razor. As are just about any other Solingen razor that I have. The pretty bolsters and scales give it the “bling” factor though.

If your looking for a razor that’s a good deal and like round point extra hollow razors. Then you will not get much better than a Genco Easy Aces.

Last night's shave was "different". Why you ask? Because the last time I used the Omega, was with the Derby. I know I rinsed it thoroughly.  But when I lathered up the Kell's soap.
Boom the ghost of Derby made it's presence known. And then while surfing the bay. Saw the fancy brother to this razor. The Easy Aces with less than a day with no bids at a Jackson. That's how come I had to post auction up. 
Like dave in KY have a bit of yard maintenance to do. Have a good Saturday.

Aaaannnndddddd....... sniped in the last second on that Easy Aces. Been stalking that one all week. I’m sure it didn’t help how cheap I was trying to be.
