125 Vintage Made in England London Bridge Blades!  These are fantastic blades and every bit as good as the Wilkinson Light Brigade, and Wilkinson “New” blades!

Silvertip barrell arrived yesterday. Rinsed it off and wow... what a bloom.

Can't wait to give it a test drive tonight!

That razor looks like an industrial piece of machinery, pretty cool. Does it need a "keep hands and fingers away from the blade while shaving" sign? Lol.

I ALMOST asked that that was. Finally caught the name in the case... Aristocrat.

So, these are more efficient and smoother than the flare tips / techs, right? I never was able to get a super shave consistently with these 'peasant' razors (if their premiums are named 'Aristocrat, 'President', 'Dictator', whatever... I guess the labeling fits, lol). Maybe I should be looking higher up on the food chain for a usable vintage?

A bit of Google-fu and I got it! Close to a Red Tip, maybe a bit less efficient, but smoother. Better balance, nicer design and higher quality through and through.

Thanks Doug, just the 1st outing and really not a bad shaver. I need a fresher blade in it next time though
