If I had to pick one brush,
it would be the butterscotch Paladin Sherlock.
Pure old-school elegance with an amazing knot.

It appears to me that the main criteria of this post is the beautiful handles that I have seen here.  I currently own 117 soaps and creams and in a few days I will own 119.  I no longer go to one artisan and purchase several of their scents because the base formula is the same.  I will only purchase soaps that are different formulas.  With that in mind, I have learned that there are brushes that work well with certain soaps and and not others.  So, when it comes to brushes I am more concerned with the knot.  All of my brushes are silvertip badger.  All except two Simpsons which are 2 band. Except for my Thaters which are what I call inventory brushes all are custom made to my specifications regarding knot size (width) and loft (hight).  And in the case of Shavemac all are either Silvertip 2 band or Silvertip 2 band DO1.

I am not including my Simpsons brushes.
