For some reason, my neighbor continues to use me as a subject from time to time.  I'm fascinated with the old cameras and lens and the wet plate technique he uses, all of which go back more than 100 years.  If they could have time traveled to the future, I have to wonder what photographers of 150+ years ago would think of today's modern techniques.  The top photo was taken about a month ago and the bottom one was taken today.  Different lenses were used for each.

Thanks, Matt. I have to admit that it's kind of fun doing this, even though a fair bit of self control is needed when the exposure times are more than a couple of seconds.
