I'm guessing ~20-25 minutes, including the gear selection, prep, shave, post, and cleanup at the end.

I’d never timed myself and where everyone is reporting half and hour I wondered if I was fooling myself.  This morning I noted the time when I got into the shower until I rinsed my brush out at the sink.  Just a shade under 15minutes.  Shower ought to hydrate my beard.  Towel off.  Load brush.  Build a face lather.  Pass one.  Light rinse.  Pass two.  Clean up.  I always wondered how anyone could have issues with drying lather.  I guess I don’t now.  I’m gonna try 30 minutes sometime.  But mornings are busy and exactly how I want to start my day is with a fresh shave.  15 minutes and I’m not feeling rushed. OP: excellent thread by the way.

Fifteen minutes including shower?? Do you even get wet?  Big Grin The beauty of this is there’s no wrong answer. Take as little or as much time as you want that makes you happy. I’m retired so I can take as long as I want which is generally about 30 minutes for the shave and 15 for the shower. Throw in about 5 minutes for floss and brush teeth. That’s about the same as it took when I was working. I don’t rush in the morning and don’t have to because I’m an early riser. I’ve never been one of those people who rolls out of bed 10 minutes before they have to be out the door and still get in the whole shower, shave, breakfast and coffee. How do they do that? I enjoy the time of quiet contemplation while shaving.

Takes me 10-12 minutes from start to finish after showering. I’m typically up before 5am to get ready for work and don’t have a lot of time. I’m getting in 2.5 passes plus clean ups. The clean up is a chore around my trouble spot (right side jaw line) and I’ve been skin stretching and using j-hook strokes, relathering the area frequently. If not for the trouble spot, I could be done in less than 10 minutes BBS.

Weekend shaves I take it slow and go for 20 minutes.

My routine, dare I say ritual, takes about 35 minutes from the time I set up the equipment, fill the sink and get in the shower, to the time I put away the aftershave.

You people are nuts. 15 minutes?

Let's see: shower from start to finish, 6 minutes.  Drying off:  2 minutes.  Deciding whether to use the soap I had put out prior to the shower, 4 more minutes (or 6 if I'm really dithering). Changing my mind about the brush I had originally chosen for that day, 3 more minutes.  Then, prepping the brush/soap to a really good lather; that's 5 minutes. Anything less is amateur hour.  First pass:  4 minutes.  Rewet face lightly (sometimes):  1 minute.  Second pass, 4 more minutes.  Rewet:  call it 1 again.  Third pass, 4 more minutes.  Spending time staring at my chin in the mirror and admiring how fine the shave was:  4 minutes.  Touch up that one single stray spot: 1 minute.  Rinsing the brush very carefully:  4 minutes.  Feeling chin and cheeks again: 2 more minutes.  Taking a SOTD photo:  5 minutes.  Posting it:  5 more minutes.  Realizing that I misidentified my blade in the SOTD posting as GSB when I actually used an Astra and having to fix the posting:  3 more minutes.  Then deciding to also post a comment in a thread about the soap:  3 more minutes.  Replying to some comment as to my original SOTD posting, yet another 3 minutes.  So, heck, that's over an hour.  And to think that most days I figure it's really about 30 minutes, I kind of amaze myself!
