Thanks Dave for sharing your shave. Sounds like that razor is a little rough. That Paradigm Ti can spoil ya.

Thank you so much for the February with Frank. That’s a long time to stick with one brand but it truly is appreciated. An that’s also a beauty of a set up.

I'm at the warehouse and finally finished what is definately the most labor intense Aroma Blend I've done up till now. It's been in the works for quite some time as there was an infusion and a blend involved and the management of those. I've been keeping this one to myself and when asked I've only mentioned some of the primary aromatics but today I got in the warehouse early and completed the Aroma Blend and I'm filling in the grid for the both the Labels that need to be ordered and the copy for the ETHOS website. There is a certain sense of accomplishment when finishing a project like this Aroma Blend. The Blend is 100% Natural with the exception of the darn Leather Accord and it's funny but one of my customers and I were talking about that as I mentioned that I'd like to try my hand at doing a Leather infusion to see if and how it would come out. Reason is when I smell really good Leather and then a Leather accord or Leather aroma chemical or a fragrance oil to me it doesn't really capture the great smell of high quality Leather so I'll be giving that a try and if it works I'll probably use it in a Fall/Winter release as I'm sure it will take some months to infuse it properly for maximum scent quality. Anyway back to the new upcoming release of the new " Gentlemen's Lounge " Collection of products. I'm doing a few substitutions in the Shave Soap base to help with the aroma but worry not the F Base will remain the same and from a technical standpoint these substitutes may be a future way to create an even better all around Shave Soap. Here's an example of what I mean.. next time I make the Tonka Bean one of the butters I normally use will be replaced with Tonka Bean Butter and it will be at the same percentage but will add value to the scent of the Soap base besides filling in performance wise for the butter I'm eliminating. So the Gentlemen's Lounge will be the first Shave Soap to get this treatment.
I'm posting the ingredients in the F Base Shave Soap and you can clearly see the Aroma Blend aromatic ingredients in the ingredients list. You'll also note there are no citrus EO's in this blend.
Enjoy your weekend everyone!

An awesome Sunday morning shave Dave. Oh and I like you without the beard as one friend to the other but I understand as I was trying to grow one just for the heck of it but my assistant and when I went into the Spa Salon where I’m really close to the girls that work there said “ get rid of it I like you better clean shaven “ so that put and end to the idea. But it’s your choice my friend and I know you have a problem shaving your chin. Same here as I cut myself once about 10 years ago and it will easily open up if I’m using a razor with a lot of exposure and gap so I have to be very careful on that small area about the size of a pea.

I wanted to post this up I found 1 of these in a box that I was going to take home with me back when I made the soap but never took it home but I do have a jar with about 2 oz in it so I thought maybe someone may want it who never got a chance to get one. I’ll put it up on the website now so I guess the first person there gets it.
Enjoy your Sunday!
