So I have been giving this a lot of thought lately and I also read a post talking about keeping certain scents in stock and although I agree on some levels there are exceptions like when you create a scent that doesn't sell quickly it's usually a sign that you don't need to make it again for a long time or maybe never again. To me it makes more sense to sometimes wait after a scent sells out to see if you get a lot of requests for that scent. Then I will begin to think about making it again or moving it up in the schedule. Obviously this list does not include new Aromas I have plans for coming out with this year.

So I thought to make it easier to figure out what my customers would like to see in both older and more recent scents that sold out. With that in mind there are some that are what I call yearly limited releases like Dragonsbeard which is a perfect example of that as both myself and my customers know it will be released October 1st in 2025. There are a couple of others that would fall into that category such as one of the charity release such as the ones I do with the World Wildlife Association which I will do again if there are enough people that request it.

So what I'd like to do and I'm going to also post this on Instagram as I get a lot of customers from there so I'll take feedback from both posts to make future decisions both long and short term.

So here is a long list of most of the scents I'm interested in knowing your feelings about and I've excluded Dragonsbeard as that's set in stone each year.

Also I'll add a little food for thought that may or may not help you make up your minds.  One is there will be only one base in the jared Shave Soaps and that's the F Base. Tallow Creme's for now will not be made unless I secure a homogenizer. Also would you like to see any of the scents I offer in my Roll Up shave soaps in a F Base Shave Soap for example the Sweet Lavender which is my take on the old vintage Yardley Soap.

Olk here we go and I'd appreciate if for now you could keep this post going by hitting the quote button as this way the list would be on one page.

I'm posting the list based on my grid that we use so this has nothing to do with my own personal preferences just to be clear.

PLEASE list in the order of which you'd like to see the scents made. Obviously some are already made and in stock but I still want to include them as some may be very low in inventory.

WOW making this list it hit me how many scents I've made in the last few years and there is a couple I left out like Dragonsbeard and Mysore.

38. Peche de Vigne - New version with real peach distillate

Best regards

Frank

UPDATE:

So along with the next new release as I’ve stated before I’m going to start filling in both old scents I’ve made before and because of many requests I’ve gotten from members, followers on social media and my vendors I’ve decided to get the Rosa back in stock since I have everything I need to make it and I’ll be adding a Body Oil and a Body Wash to the lineup of products. Why add more products? Well as some may know Rose Essential Oil and in fact any form of authentic Rose like Rose Floral water or Absolute etc. has multiple skin benefits such those listed below.

1. Anti-inflammatory
Soothes irritation, redness, and acne scars
Can help with eczema and allergic rashes
2. Hydrating
Locks in moisture to hydrate dry or aging skin
Helps keep skin healthy, lubricated, and elastic
3. Anti-aging
Contains antioxidants that protect skin from environmental damage
Can help slow down the effects of aging skin
4. Antibacterial Can help prevent acne, treat cleanse and tone the skin.
5. Wound healing
Has been used as a cicatrisant (wound-healing) ingredient
6. Skin type
Suitable for many different skin types, including sensitive or problem-prone skin
7. Rose oil is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It's been used for centuries in skincare products

The reason I wanted to bring this up is I look at Rose more so for it’s benefits than its scent although I really like it but there are many Rose scented products out there but unfortunately most use synthetic fragrance oils or aroma chemicals and in perfumery Rose aroma chemicals are used a lot and I get it if your only looking for scent or mixing scents to get the desired scent. There’s more than a lot of Rose Oud EDP’s out there but when you look beyond the aroma profile to the actual ingredients 90% of them use all synthetic aroma chemicals which is fine if your ok with that. When I set out to make a Rose scented line up of both shaving and skin beneficial products I knew it would have to be 100%  natural or nothing. Natural Rose is not inexpensive and there are some varieties of both Turkish and Persian absolutes that can be close to or above $1,000 an oz. Of course I can’t use those varieties or I’d hate to think what a tub of shave soap would cost. I’m very lucky I have a very good source and I buy some of my more expensive aroma ingredients from him as he gives me very good prices relative to what I’d have to pay here in the US from a reputable supplier. So I’m able to bring you real Rose products at a reasonable price that are not only real in scent but bring skin benefits for your skin.

So you know the Rosa Collection of products are made using only 100% Pure Rose Essential Oils, Absolutes, Floral Water and a Natural distillate.

Just like to be upfront and also be informative about the products you pay good hard earned money for as you deserve that.

Kind regards

Frank

Thank you for the support and that’s a good looking set up. That Mongoode is a razor you don’t see to often anymore. I shave with one years ago but for the life of me I can’t remember the shaving characteristics of it. What’s your take on it ?

I’m right with you on the overwhelmed thing. After completing the list with the help of my assistant I said to her I was kinda shocked at how many different scents I’ve done over the past few years. That’s why I’m looking for some help on which ones people want to see made. An just a note. That list doesn’t include all the new scents I have planned for this year so some on the list won’t make it to market this year.

Rosa definitely needs a new batch made as it was one of the more popular ones I’ve made in the last couple of years. I know my assistant isn’t as she dislikes the scent of Rose very much. A quick little story. The last time we made all the Rosa products she accidentally spilled a bottle of the Revitalizing Serum on herself and she couldn’t wait to get home and throw the clothes in the washer and hit the shower. Anyone that knows how powerful Real Rose absolute or EO knows she may have to wash those clothes more than once to get the smell out of them. Her nightmare lol

TOAD'ing today.

Royal, exotic and timeless all in one. Resinous, slightly smoky, deep and opulent due to the oud, romantic, soft and velvety floral due to the rose and slightly spicy in the base due to the patchouli. Ingenious.
A Luxurious Shave! Thanky you Frank Dragonsbeard for making this possible!
