Haha! He finally got them up as he was on vacation. Good to hear and that’s an original Melange de Agrume as I can tell by the label with the globe in the background. It sure has evolved since then.

That’s a great looking SOTD and that brush really stands out. Also what is the scent on that Cologne? That brand definitely is familiar to me but I can’t put my finger on when and what scent it was I sampled a few years ago it seems.

Frank, the fragrance is Goutal Eau d'Hadrien - a lemon forward/dominant scent that is a great match with your soap. I am about half way through her. Bought it back about 10 years ago. Scent notes attached!

Sounds very a nice blend and the 10 years sounds about right but that brand makes other scents if I’m correct as I think I smelled a different one.

Frank, yes sir. Pretty solid house. Goutal has been around. Just checked, the scent was introduced in 1980! They are still making it. I recommend it. Only AquaViva by Profumum Roma is better.

UPDATE: 

Two things: 

1. It’s about that time of the year as we approach October 1st for the traditional Dragonsbeard Release. A little quick history. It was the 1st ETHOS shave soap. I was talked into entering the business by my old friend Mark aka ShaveMD and he was the one that suggested I release it on October 1st as it had a double meaning. One it’s my Birthday and secondly it was my first ever shave soap with the ETHOS name on it. 

So with that said once again I’ll offer the two sizes 4.5 oz in the regular plastic jar and the special limited edition version in the 7.5 oz Black Glass Jars. I’m going to take pre - orders on the Limited edition variant starting 5 days before the release. The last time we sold a bunch more beyond the pre - orders but there were some folks that missed out on it and all I had left was the 4.5 oz size. So just a heads up and if you want to be put on the list please email me by using the one that’s listed in the Contact us section of the website. 

Also I’ll be adding a couple more products with the Aroma blend. A body wash and a body oil. 


2. I’ve had a few customers message me about some gear and I gave it a lot of thought but I always like to run things the people on here before I make the final decision. So I’m thinking of ordering baseball hats. I did a little Photoroom shots just to give you an idea of what they may look like but the brand I like these are not as that brand doesn’t have any direct front views so I could put the logo on it. So this is as close as I can get but I’m sure you get the idea. 
So the first question is should I go Black or White on the hats? An I could do both as the company said they’d split the order if u wanted. Also I and my graphic designer have finally got around to changing the Dragonsbeard image and I think it looks cleaner by eliminating the DB. I originally thought people might start to abbreviate the name since it’s so long and refer to it as DB but that never happened and everyone still uses the full name so I’ve been wanting to change it. For the hats it needed a little border and we played with some different colors but we ended up matching the color of the Dragons fire. The image I did is below and I’m sure the real thing will look much better. So I’d like to hear some feedback and suggestions on what you think.

The white version also but i think that the black logo doesn't suit as the contrast is to big

In this case - i would imagine to use another color in the background of the logo - green / yellow / light blue as on the stickers of ETHOS shaving soap ?
