I killed a tub of Rosa recently. Halfway into my Bergamot to. I'm excited to see what gets made with this pineapple EO. I'm a fan of pineapple bomb type scents myself.

Wow you killed a jar of Rosa! That hadn’t been out for very long. Gotta ask was it the Rosa Shave Soap or the Crème? Either way that’s impressive and thank you for sharing.

I’d like to see a virgin Pina Colada scent…maybe with a hint of key lime…

It was the crème. To be fair, I load the jars like they owe me money lol but hey, we're all here for a good time not a long time. I've got about a dozen or more jars of your stuff. Gonna grab vanilla safi when it's out and chew through it as well

Well that explains how you went through it so fast. Need to make Rosa real soon.

So this new Aroma and all the products that come in the scent will probably be available on my website next week.  I’ll update the release day and time soon. There will be a limited number of 7.5 oz sizes available as the majority are the 4.5 oz size. 

This release will be only available on my website as a good amount of the proceeds go to the World Wildlife Foundation to help the all the endangered Tiger. An all  subspecies are endangered which include the 6 remaining subspecies as there were 9 but 3 have gone extinct in the last 100 years. The remaining subspecies include the Bengal, Indo-Chinese, South China, Amur or Siberian and Sumatran tigers. The Bengal and Siberian tigers are the largest cats on the planet and it would be a shame if the future generations could not see these beautiful creatures. As a result of human population which keeps growing and has encroached on tiger habitats, causing their territory to decrease. Aldo from habitat loss, illegal killing for both their skins, the ridiculous use of their meat for the ancient belief that the meat will give the person more strength and sexual prowess and shrinking their food supply have pushed all species of tigers on to the endangered list with a couple of subspecies extremely close to extinction. 

So from when I was a kid I’ve always loved animals of all sorts from current to extinct species like all the dinosaurs to fictional animals like my favorite the dragon but my absolute favorite has always been the Tiger as I had the pleasure of playing with some baby cubs when I was a very young kid. I enjoy watching documentaries, movies, books and seeing them in person when I can. It was the Tiger and the situation that made me want to create the “ Endangered Species Collection and it would have been launched with the Tiger but as I explained at the time I pushed the Polar Bear to the head of the line as my ex- girlfriend who is a wildlife photographer and works with many endangered species asked me to. So now the Tigers up and this one has special meaning to me.

The reason this release will only be available on my website is because a good portion of the proceeds will go towards helping to fund support to save the Tigers there is very little profit to be made from this release so the margins for me to sell to the vendors just isn’t there.

As some know there will be the F Base Shave Soap, the matching Skin Splash & Lotion along with the serum and maybe an EDT depending on demand. 

This is a 100% natural very complex scent. Somewhat spicy but not as much as the traditional Bay Rum as example if that’s any help as they are completely different scents. There are citruses, woods, spicy and Floral notes as seen in the Aroma blend ingredients list below. It’s a unique blend and honestly I’ve not smelled anything like it in a soap or cologne before and for the good noses out there this will definitely take you on an olfactory journey. Scent strength is medium level on the Shave Soap but definitely stronger in the Skin Food Splash. 

Natural Aroma Blend of Immortelle Absolute, Turmeric CO2 Extract, Calabrian Bergamot EO, Japanese Yuzu EO, Cardamom EO, Turmeric EO, Rose Geranium EO, Spikenard EO, Labdanum EO, Ylang Ylang EO, East Indian Sandalwood EO, White Champaca EO. 

There are a few Aromantic ingredients in the list like Japanese Yuzu EO, Immortell Absolute, East Indian Sandalwood and especially the White Champaca that range from expensive to very expensive. So normally this would easily be priced in the same range as Tonka Bean, Violeta and Rosa but I want as many people as possible to try it, enjoy it but more importantly to help out the cause. So it will be only $2 dollars more per jar than my basic $40 for 4.5 oz and $56 for the 7.5 oz sizes.  Weather I make this again depends on my customers feedback just like the King of the North which was for the Polar Bear. And because of the very positive feedback I got from that Aroma Blend I will be bringing that back again soon. 

Thanks to all of my loyal customers ETHOS the company has grown significantly in the last two years. Because of the constant increase in new customers Im getting more and more requests for older scents which are new to the newer customers so I’ll try my best to keep up some of the older scents along with bringing in new ones.

Oh and off subject but next week I’ll be restocking the Rosa F Base Shave soap as I made a batch of test when I made the Beauté Sauvage and will also be releasing the Derma Boost.

Oh I forgot to mention starting tomorrow there will be a contest for a set of the Beauté Sauvage products and adoption kit from the World Wildlife Foundation.

Fantastic shave today with Tortola. Tortola has become one of my favorite scents from Ethos. I think I might actually be a Bay Rum guy. Something I was less certain about prior to Tortola.

What drew me in to Tortola was the more "tropical" play on Bay Rum with a medley of pineapple, citrus and coconut notes layered on top of a more traditional Bay Rum base. The resulting scent is playful but sophisticated, and could easily be at home on a sunny day in Tortola, at least from my memories of visiting there. And as the sun sets, Tortola would be equally welcome over a casual evening, filled with the gentle embrace of an ocean breeze.

Looking forward to Frank's future plays on traditional Bay Rum.
