ETHOS Grooming Essentials A New Line

Dragonsbeard  Hi Frank, I am unable to checkout on the website due to Shipping not available warning. I'm not connected to VPN, I tried clearing cache and closing the browser, tried a different browser, re-adding things to my cart, removed products with alcohol and got the same error. This is a US address and I selected the suggested address that came up, which is accurate. Is there a known service disruption or do you think this is on my end?

Working fine here, I checked. I would clear all of your browsing history, then go back in and see if you still get it.  

Dragonsbeard i checked it to my home and to my parents address with many items, Shopify is ok so there is something in what the user entered if shipping isn’t allowed.

Thanks for checking and the same thing my website developer said to do.

Dragonsbeard It works fine until I add the 4.5oz Vetivert soap. Are there shipping restrictions inadvertently set (or not set) for the 4.5oz soap?

Could it be credit card or payment information not matching the shipping address? That's all I've gotten if that's not the issue I'll get out of the conversation.

Hello all

We found the problem.

Recently, Shopify had an update, and when that happened some of the inventory went into the office, which is a location on the website. Where is they should be in the warehouse.. that’s why a couple people have gotten this message because it won’t ship from the office so we have to change the settings and we got some done over the phone but I’m going in tomorrow and I’m gonna go through every single product and get it all straightened out so there shouldn’t be any problems ordering for anybody no matter where you live inside the USA.

Sorry for the inconvenience anybody’s had this happen to them and I’m glad we caught the problem before too many people were affected by it.

Thanks for looking into this. I was able to submit the order - maybe Shopify moved them back.

People asked me what perfume I used.

And I said I don't have a perfume with this scent but aftershave. They asked me about it because they really liked the scent of DB so much that they wanted to buy one

And the scents from your splashes are strong enough so I always enjoy applying them before going to work as an alternative of perfume.

But I will surely buy EDP of DB
