Dragonsbeard the video is for you.

Ok so Mike you’ve let the cat out of the box. After smelling the Chocolate CO2 Extract & Sweet Orange Essential Oil blend I’ve made up my mind to come out with this blend this winter. I am going to test adding some other notes and see how that goes but sometimes simple is better than complex. Btw this will be an easy blend to create a Skin Food Splash because Chocolate CO2 Extract is soluble in Alcohol but is very difficult to solublize in oil so it won’t be as easy to make the Shave soap but I know how to do it so I’m not that worried about it.

Love to hear your thoughts on this blend. Other than the Vanilla Safi I haven’t release a true gourmand aroma but this will definitely be one.

Hi Frank
I bought EDP of Dragonsbeard This Time.
I sent you an e-mail about the accident. But I also leave a message here in case you miss the mail. Dragonsbeard's EDP arrived at its destination with the bottle damaged and its contents leaked out.

Frank, what should we do?

Hello Sir

I’m sorry to hear that. We will take care of it.

We have had a couple of damaged and leaking bottles from a number of different artisans.

The boxes, soaked in frag, make excellent room fresheners placed strategically.

Waste not; want not

This is where the cornstarch packing peanuts excel because they'll suck up all that escaped juice. Then you just scatter them around. I have first hand experience with that, but only once. Packing peanuts that smell like DB, yummmm.

I love this!

Yeah throughout the years I’ve had that happen with aftershaves and ETPs etc. but I’ve never thought of using the paper or the starch peanuts as room fresheners but I will keep that in mind.

I try to work with people if they have a problem and in this case this is the forward shipper who sent a photo and it still has he shrink wrap on the EDP and I cannot see any damage or loss of product. I asked for a photo without the shrink wrap on it. How I  know if any amount other than maybe 3 or 4 drops were missing is because it would show a bubble. I know this because when I’m filling an aftershave or EDP if it’s not filled right to and slightly up the neck a bubble is left and I then know it needs more of the liquid in the bottle.

I want to be clear this is not the actual customer or the recipient of the product but the forward shipper who sent a photo. I’ll post it below and tell me if you see a loss.

I will take care of this as I try my best to give good customer service.

Two things:

1.  Frank Dragonsbeard :  You definitely give good service, but what is a "forward shipper" please?

2.  AlphaFrank75  I like the packing peanuts idea, but at the risk of having to turn in my man card, I'm wondering how safe the scattered peanuts would be when you have grandbabies crawling around the premises.  Confused2

HighSpeed , neither Dragonsbeard nor AlphaFrank75  but we do have 3 rescue Italian Greyhounds that will eat anything and gladly suffer the consequences (Italian Greyhounds, as with most good looking athletes, are neither the best nor the brightest).

We tear the boxes into small pieces and place in a large crystal bowl placed high and out of reach.

I've found that Frank typically packages things within an inch of their life.  That's one reason I'm never without my Benchmade Osborne.   Big Grin
