Hi Matt 

I’m starting to take pre orders on Friday.  Since you asked me to make you an authentic Violet Shave soap as a custom order and it grew from that to where it is now hope you don’t mind but I already took the liberty put you on the list so you’re good my friend.  Labels should be here in about a week and the Violeta will be be made and in the jars waiting for the labels. There will be 21 jars of the F Base Shave Soap  ( one for me lol ) so 20 jars will be available in this first limited release and also the matching Skin Food Splashes.  If there’s a really good response I’ll make another batch quickly and all the vendors will get them but for the first 20 they will only be available by pre - rider or on the ETHOS website once officially released. Of course if I get 20 pre - orders I’ll very quickly make the larger batch and order the labels for the Serum and lotion. I also think because of the scent strength it would make for a good EDP. 


Thank you for asking as I was going to post the information up tomorrow that Pre- Orders will be available on Friday morning at 10am EST. People wanting to place a pre- order have to contact me by using the email address on the website under “ Contact Us “ and I’ll need the persons contact information and what they’d like Shave Soap or Skin Food Splash or the set of both. 

So thank you for putting me on this path it’s been a learning experience for sure.

UPDATING my response below as after talking with my website developer I posted some misinformation below. 

The way it will work is I will be sending a link to the folks on the Pre Order list and they will be the only people that can see the Violeta products and purchase them if they choose.  We will have an official release to the public afterwards.  So disregard my original response below.

Should be ready for the Pre - Order people in 7 days or so.  I’ll send a Code and after putting it in the products will be visible to them and they can proceed to check out.  I’ll let the the Pre Orders have 2 -3 days and then release them to everyone.

Ok we really need to talk this over.. I have made two different people Honeysuckle custom products and I honestly like it. I'm just wondering if there are enough people out there that would like a straight Honeysuckle. I found a great Essential Honeysuckle oIl and I have a small amount so I'd have to order quite a bit more than I have to do a batch and some Skin Food Splashes.

Interesting this came up. Kind of like the Violet idea.

Years ago, on an afternoon ride in the old MG, I drove beside a beautiful creek, and past the former Old Crow distillery (then operating as a rickhouse for Beam I think). The subtle hint of bourbon on the breeze frolicking with the creekside honeysuckle blossoms was heavenly seductive.

I am not a honeysuckle fan. Magnolia on the other hand? Well, it’s not bay rum but it’s pretty darn nice.

Interesting Bourbon and Honeysuckle.  I'll have to try that mix and see how it smells as I have both.
