King of the North is my favorite wet shaving scent of 2022. I don't need more, but I think more people should try it.

Thank you for the feedback. It seems like it’s high on the list of most and I’ve gotten a lot of requests for it since it sold out.

Interesting question as you may know Rochester NY is in the snow belt and us, Syracuse and Buffalo have similar weather most of the time but the huge winter blizzard that basically shut down Buffalo and has caused 31 deaths so far did not hit us and we are 60 miles east of Buffalo. Syracuse also got more snow than we did but nothing like Buffalo which was described by some as a winter hurricane. Sadly a lot of those 31 people that died froze to death in their cars that were buried in snow. We were very cold here and especially on the Friday before Christmas Eve.

I’m hoping things warm up for them and anyone who’s been dealing with these extremely low temps.

Cino  Thank you for asking!

Froze to death in their cars, man that so sad.
I miss alot of national news, including this, because of the slant most every thing is directed.

UPDATE:

there will be 3 new Non - Alcohol Skin Food Lotions in the new formula released very soon. I’d like to say when using these lotions as a post shave product use them on a patted dry or completely dry face and NOT on a wet face to get maximum benefits. These lotions are loaded with multiple skin beneficial ingredients and can be used over the entire face. These are also very good for the ladies. Start out with just a pump or two and add more if needed. Remember this is a very sheer lotion so a little goes a long way. Also in my studies and consultations with both my cosmetic chemist friend who helped me with this formula and ingredient supplier Im finding that when using lotions or creams that have these highly specialized ingredients in them that they are best used when the skin has somewhat normalized. Example if you are the type who takes very hot showers and then gets out and starts their shaves right away this is not the best time to use these types of products immediately afterwards. Also if your skin has built up oils or if you have some clogged pores and don’t know it (large molecule butters & oils can cause this ) or you have some toxins in your skin you may even experience some tingling which is a sign that these ingredients are working. Also because of the ingredients it is not recommended to use these lotions at the same time as using Retinol. Retinol has good skin benefits but should be used on its own and never mixed with let’s say a Vitamin C Serum or Creme.

These lotions bring benefits to both the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin so using them properly will ensure you get the best results.

These are the 3 new Skin Food Lotions that are on their way to some of my vendors as I write this. I have two more versions orders to fill and ship and I’ll update you on the release date of all these new product sets which include the Shave Soap or Tallow Shave Creme, Skin Food Splashes, Lotions and the brand new Serums. And a note. The only Serums that have the brand new formula are the ones in these 3 new Aromas. I will be having a sale on the old formulas and replacing them all with the new formula. The old serums were very good but these are on a whole different level.

Also wanted to give you some feedback from my two testers on the new F Base Sandalo Artistico shave soap with the  new ingredients in them. For one of my testers he said that up till now his favorite ETHOS Shave soaps are Vanilla Safi, Kind of the North and Tonka Bean but this Sandalo Artistico is now my number one. The other testers words really made me feel good as he told me today that in his opinion the scent smells very similar to his custom made 100% Vintage 1934 Mysore Sandalwood Shave Creme I made for him a while back only with a little more scent strength

Also both the Bay Rum Shave soap and the Bergamotto Tallow Shave Creme also gets the three new ingredients added to the formulas which is the brand new oil based Hyaluronic Acid ingredient and the Ostrich oil and Comfrey Leaf extract oil.

Haven’t been on here as much as normal as I’ve been crazy busy getting these orders out the door and of course the Holidays.

Great shaves all.
