UPDATE:

Went into work today and it felt good getting out of the house. I’m not 100% but I’m feeling better and I’ll take that. Get my stitches out tomorrow so that’s a plus.

Anyway I figured let me get something made today and so I made the Bergamotto Tallow Shave Creme. I was really excited to make this one because my cousin in Italy sent me a bottle of Fresh Bergamot Juice from Calabria which is were my moms side of the family is. I was talking to my cousin a couple of weeks ago and I mentioned I was making it and I also mentioned that I was using Calabrian Bergamot which is considered the best in the world if you look it up and of course he was proud. I also mentioned that I wish I was there and could get some fresh Bergamots so he sent me the juice as a surprise. I added some to the water phase of the Shave Creme and the scent smells so good. Juicy & Green and the Vetiver just made it pop! I’ll post up the Aroma blend soon with the label of ingredients.

I didn’t feel up to making a shave soap today but I’m going to shoot for Wednesday to make the Bay Rum.

Ok here's the list of ingredients which includes the Aroma Blend and the new added ingredients are in Green.  So this is the new Tallow Shave Creme Formula, of course the Aroma Blend will change.

... even though I am a big fan of all your scents.  The shape takes up more shelf space, and I am always. concerned that the top might break if I travelled with it.  To me that is more important than the sprayer.

Thank you for your honest opinion. I guess for me it was all about the looks as it was different than most bottle which look like my Skin Food Splash bottles.

The reason I was looking at this new bottle is I've been a fan of Le Labo's packaging and a few others that are in the same bottle and I have a chance to get them with the ETHOS name printed on the bottle and in person it feels really nice in hand. I know some of the guys expressed their liking of the screw on sprayer and I can ask the company if they can do that as this is a custom bottle, not stock.

The look of Le Labo is precisely why you should not go this route.

ETHOS needs be distinct, not derivative; this paramount if aspiring to supply High Street retailers.

Please do consider that advice with the seriousness it deserves.

Forgot to mention I’m just waiting on the side label for this Creme and we will be shipping these out to our vendors for the release.

Great shaves all

Oh man, that Bergamotto sounds amazing! I must have missed earlier mention of Vetiver in there. I am skipping the Sandalo since I really wanted tallow shave creme anyway. Hopefully this will be on the main site and not just at vendors. Sorry to say, I can only get one set right now.

It will definitely be at my vendors as any new releases I always launch the product in coordination with my vendors. It’s the right thing to do.

Thank you for your support. Very much appreciated.

Opinions wanted:

Ok so I was filing the new Bergamotto Skin Food Splashes today and just for the heck of it I made two other products using the same Aroma blend and these have both been on my to do list but trying to get other things out first but after making both I thought maybe only one of the two would be have to be made.

So one is a “ Non - Alcohol Skin Food Splash  featuring Hyaluronic acid a good healthy dose of the EOS Complex.

The other is a “ Non Alcohol Skin Food Mist also featuring Hyaluronic acid and the same substantial dose of the EOS Complex.

Of the two which one would have more appeal to you, Splash or Mist?  Or neither since I already have a “ Non Alcohol post shave product with the Skin Food Lotion which is loaded with skin beneficial ingredients.

I know the forum is pretty quite on the weekends so if your around and have some input to offer please quote this post so it doesn’t get lost so others can see it and respond.

Thanks guys!

Have a great weekend!

Frank, I think the splash would be a little easier to control and apply than a mist.
