Peter Chakarlis at Ariana & Evans has had issues with this and changed his website last year to include disclaimers about shipping, such as a pop-up on "Shipping Expectations" that looks like this on the left side of this screenshot. It links to a page that explains why shipments can take time. Anyway, something to consider.
