Update:
Since the 4oz size is new I’m getting feedback from both customers and my 2 suppliers that some of the jars are cracking. This jar was a jar I had before I made the decision to do a smaller size shave soap so I thought why not use them and although they are made of styrene plastic they were low profile and seemed stronger than my old 7 oz jar. Well apparently not. Even though the leave my warehouse in good shape and bubble wrapped the cracks must be happening in transit to the suppler or a customer. I’ll also note this is not happening to every jar but enough that it’s an embarrassment to me and the ETHOS brand so I have ordered a new jar that I’ve used before with the Dragonsbeard soap only instead of a black jar this is clear like all my other jars. With that said as many of you know my 7.5 oz jars are made of PETG Crystalline plastic which not only is considered the closest to glass but it’s also extremely strong and almost impossible to crack unless you hit it with a sledgehammer! So I’m looking into having a low profile jar made here in the USA by a company out of the same plastic so all 3 sizes are made out of the same material as my 1.4 oz Travel size is also PETG and looks like a miniature version of the 7.5 oz jar. I’m hoping to cut this deal but if doesn’t happen I’ll stick with the new 4oz jar that’s on its way as I’ve had no issues with the Black Dragonsbeard jar in the same PET jar.
I like to be transparent on what is going on at ETHOS Grooming Essentials at all times.
So if anyone has or gets a 4 oz jar that’s cracked either send it back to the supplier or myself and it will be replaced with a new jar once they come in or I or my suppliers can ship you a new jar with the labels on it so you can transfer the soap into the new jar. These two options are based on feedback we’ve gotten from customers who got a cracked jar.
Thank you for your support throughout this 9 month learning curve since launching ETHOS. I’ll have this issue fixed ASAP!
Regards
Frank

Andrew it has an orifice reducer in it just like the 2 oz size.
ok, good..doesn't matter to me either way if it's a spray top or reducer. might not hurt to give the customer the option of one or the other (perhaps for a slight upcharge if using a sprayer)..

Yes when the labels are printed I will be offering a travel size. It’s a miniature version of the 7.5 oz bottle. I’m expecting them to be available in a couple of weeks or so.
Thank you.
