Ain’t nothin like the real thing! Lol
True Frank ! I've used the Gibbs, Rex Ambassador and Taiga and the Gibbs wins "for me" hands down.

Blade: Wizamet (?)
Brush: Rubberset 400/Cashmere Synthetic
Soap: Ethos Mèlange d'agrumes
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Ethos Mèlange d'agrumes
Fragrance: Calvin Klein One
Another heavenly scent and shave with the Ethos/Gibbs Combo
With new aligners and some corrosion on threads. Any advice other than cleaning and lubricating it Shavemd
Heritage was but then China ripped him off or something so either went to the back burner or scrapped. Not sure as conversation about it ceased
Yeah I noticed that he currently has no products at all on his site. Hope he at least continues with the brushes.
On another note a big thanks to Gareth at Handlebar Supply. My Greenfresh set already arrived!! Looking forward to giving it a whirl in the next day or two

Nice. I ordered the Greenfresh soap and splash from Handlebar Supply. Can't wait to give this a try. I may need to order the lavender splash to compliment my MdC Original

Oh yeah, once you chase and clean both male/female threads, you can absolutely eliminate corrosion by applying some Ni or Cu antiseize. REM it messy so don’t use microfibre to wipe down threads during cleaning drying - stick to paper towel and then reapply. A little goes a long way

Razor: Star Lather Catcher
Blade: Gem (1)
Brush: Teton Zen Series “Bob Ross”
Soap: Ethos/Oleo Dragonsbeard
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Ethos Dragonsbeard SFS
Fragrance: Prada Luna Rossa Black
Well my 3rd and final scent until I add more of Ethos is the Dragonsbeard V1 which was his first soap and a collaboration with Oleo using their base and Franks scent as well as his skin food complex called EOS. The scent is by far one of my favorites. Razor today was a Star Lather Catcher with a Gem blade. I used the 3D printed attachment I got recently to mimic the wedge blades it was design for but after the 1st pass I removed the attachment as it didn’t feel it had the blade angle where the blade was designed to be used. It worked much better after removing the 3D piece and more like I remember previous shaves with this piece of shaving history. Topped off with the Maravilla 70, Skin Food Splash and some Luna Rossa Black by Prada.
