UPDATE:

I have been asked about the price of the complete Dragonsbeard set as seen in the below photo that includes the Shave soap, Skin Food splash, EDP and the 26mm Shave brush and stand.  If bought separately these items would total $290.00. When bought as a complete set the  special price that was put together for this limited release is $250.00. Of course all these items can be ordered separately. Also the Shave brush can be special ordered without the Tuxedo knot if you’d like to have Tim at Knothead put in the knot of your choice or as a few have ordered theirs without a knot which they will put in their knot of choice themselves.
Once again this is a limited release and once the Shave soap is gone it won’t be available again until next year. The Skin Food splash and EDP will continue to be available by special order once the initial supply is exhausted.

Also I’d like to thank you all for your orders and support!

It's sharp and it cuts. I like it...

Finally got to run the Dragonsbeard V2 shave set. Hands down, one of the best men’s grooming set ups in the game, period. The scent is uber masculine with class and sophistication that yet holds an underlying softness and richness, especially on the drydown. I get almost a slightly dark oriental & fougere type vibe with a soft cacao/coffe mix that is almost gourmand but, not quite there with a tinge of sweetness. Gorgeous scent for the cool and colder days ahead. The soap & skin splash performance wise are exceptional. Post shave is up there with the best and probably is at the top of the heap in my collection along with the rest of my Ethos soaps & splashes. Phenomenally good is all that I can say. Worth every penny......

UPDATE:

For those waiting on the next batch of the Succes Shave soap. I’m happy to say this cold weather we are having here in NY seems to be speeding up the  curing process and I’d say the soap should be ready for release one day next week. Of course these are all in the new jar. I’ve been getting a lot of emails about it so I thought I’d update the progress of the soap.

Thanks for your support!

Razor: Yates Precision H Plate
Blade: Wizamet (2)
Brush: Graydog Cocobolo
Soap: Ethos Dragonsbeard V2
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Dragonsbeard
Fragrance: Prada Luna Rossa Black

Daddy is sooooo happy to have his Yates back from being on loan. The shave was heavenly smooth and comfortable and yet the closest I've had in weeks as I was waiting to get it back. I need a backup when Jake at Yates Precision gets restocked if I can beat the rush........I also need to see what he has up his sleeve for new things coming.

The soap is probably my absolute favorite scent in the den and in ANY of the 100's of soaps I've used over the past 12-13 years. To try to honor the makers recommendation to NOT bowl load a brush for face lathering and also NOT have to bowl lather which I really don't care for I decided to do the schmear method and take some of the sample of V2 (I have a tub of V1) and smear a dab on each cheek and my chin before proceeding to face lather with my damp brush and slowly add water till I got it where I wanted it. Sorta treated it like a stick in my mind and got a perfect lather for 3 passes and enough left in the brush for another pass or 2 if I needed.............which I didn't. My face afterwards is not only smooth shaven but feels oh so good too. Topped with the Dragonsbeard Skin Food Splash with good nourishment is only going to make it better and smells amazing to boot. Why do I worry about the bottle getting low when i have a backup and Frank is still making it ?? When ordering the DFS collaboration I need to buy the EDP as well (Frank hold 1 for me PLEASE) Meanwhile the Prada Luna Rossa Black is a perfect pairing for it. Honey doos around the house today, Have a Stellar Day DFS !!!

Great looking photo Dave and I’m glad you like the Dragonsbeard V2. Also glad you got your YP razor back as I know how much you like it. I used the original version yesterday and had a great smooth shave. On the DFS soap I will most certainly put one aside for you but I’m making a big batch of it and it will come in two sizes. 4 oz and the normal 7 oz.

Great shaves my friend!

Thanks Frank, for clarity please put a Dragonsbeard EDP aside for me to get when I get the DFS Collaboration. I didn't know how many of those were still available. Have a good day buddy !
