Suspect he means the biochemistry, pharmacologically is vexing him due to the unknown constituents of the EOS Complex.

Unfortunately, EOS Complex is a trade secret. Ultimately will have to take the complex as a black box, analyzing the soap en toto, qualitatively versus quantitatively, constituently or pharmacologically on the cellular level.

Please bear in mind this is a cosmetic (albeit a revitalizing soap) rather than a drug; moreover used externally with minimal health consequences as opposed to an imbibed or injected drug. While it does violate your scientific sensabilities to accept an unknown black box in the mechanism of action chain, bear in mind it is, in the end, a cosmetic (albeit a revitalizing soap): no more, no less.

Frankly (pun wholly unintended), hope the soapmaker resists the temptation to discuss any aspect of the EOS Complex as suspect it at the heart of the ETHOS superiourity of the moment and a competitive advantage worth protecting at all costs.

Does that assuage your frustration?

Maybe I can help or some of the other users can chime in.
Thank You, Frank.
For sure, You're my best option.
I've some issue with lack of secondary lubrification and therefore skin conditioning.
Today I needed the support of an aftershave.
Maybe It is because it's a sample ...

Nope, at all.
I like to understand the tech side, but I do not care too much WHEN my skin has full comfort ...

This looks very creamy, on the cream side of a croap.
Isn't It?

Not quite a cream, but softer than croap.

Yes.

Clean is quite firmer.
Succès is a soft croap, a little sticky.
Very nice!!!

ischiapp you are difficult to follow. I know you are using a translator and that may be the issue but you have made many posts on this thread that make it difficult to understand what you are asking about the ETHOS soap and skin food

Regarding the softness of Succes, Frank has suggested that the fruit extract was softening the soap and is considering changing ingredients very slightly to firm future batches. Don’t recall specifics but sure a quick search of Dragonsbeard posts in past week will recover it if interested. However, if caring more for results, as is definitely the case with my severely damaged and highly sensative skin, this pineapple scented soap formula exceeds the unscented version for skin hydrating results - which is a first in probably a hundred high end soaps tried with the option.

Also, beginning to wonder if EU water composition may be having an impact we not seeing stateside. Have you considered trying to shave with distilled or deionized water?  Typically when having an odd issue with soap, it can almost always be remedied with distilled water

I’m going to chime in here and confirm that the Pineapple Fruit powder which a wonderful skin beneficial ingredient made the Succes /Pineapple Noir soap softer so on the next batch I will mane two adjustments that will firm up the soap and one of the adjustments may add even a little more slickness than it already has.

Hope that helps clear things up.
