Yup, this is EXACTLY the feeling I got when using the soaps (or any soap with coconut oil).  I wouldn't call it an allergy, more of a "sensitivity".  I will say that the lather I got from Ethos was amazing.
To be honest...I’ve used many soaps with Coconut Oil and never got this reaction...So..who knows?

Yeah it’s kind of strange. Based on the 450 soaps I’ve sold so far this has not been a common problem and quite the opposite of the feedback I live gotten from my customers. However since you appear to react to it then I’d probably recommend you not use it.

Thanks for giving it try though!

An in fact I just got a special batch from her this week and she said it’s the best she’s had in 3 years. Unfortunately she was only able to ship me 4 oz of that batch so I’m reserving it for only the Lavender Skin Food I’m going to make from it as 4 ozs  will last a while in making those but wouldn’t get me much Shave soap.
The Lavender I normally get  from her is less Camphorus than most Lavender EO’s I’ve  Smelled and again smoother and I can smell the flowers.  This newest batch is pretty much the same but is the smoothest I’ve ever smelled!
In fact I’m making a batch on Monday as I’m down to only 3 bottles with the regular Lavender I use.  Been a big run on Lavender Supreme in the last 2 weeks so I have to stop and make another batch of the Shave soap which was not in the schedule. So with only 16 jars left I may be out of stock for a few weeks if they keep going as fast as they have been lately.

I do also have the Remede Revitalizing Serum as a custom scent option available in the Lavender.

Great shaves my friend!
I've put off ordering until the new website is up but since that probably wont happen I'll be sending you an order through your email address.
Ok I think there’s been enough explaining as to why it’s taking so long to get the website up. You just ordered via email and I thank you for that.  BTW the website is actually live now but there’s work that has to be done so we are looking at possibly Wednesday or Friday as far having it functioning where people can place their orders on the site.  Believe me ordering by email is not something I want to continue as it takes me 2 to 3 times longer than it normally would.
Thank you for the response. Sorry to keep pestering about it. I'll keep an eye out for the website next week.

No need to stop.  It’s just a momentary thing..after the shave and skin food...A minute later all is fine with a fantastic shave and post shave feel.

gregcss your not bothering me by asking. I’m probably more frustrated that it’s not up than anyone as like I said it takes forever to process an order through emails when it’s so easy through a website. I’ve had a hair care line for over 20 yrs and when someone orders online it’s a very quick process from the customer buying to when the order goes out. A couple of clicks and a shipping label is created and the order goes right out.So believe me I’ll break out the Champagne when it’s up!

Thank you sir!

Well just finished these and will be available when the website goes up. This is the Mysore EDT with Fine Mist Sprayer. I started these about 2 months ago by adding more Mysore Sandalwood oil to the Skin Food Splash and letting the oils and wood chips infuse for the 2 months but they are definitely stronger in scent and they are ready.

Tuesday August 25, 2020
Razor: Paradigm Diamondback
Blade: Wizamet (1)
Brush: Paladin 26mm Vesuvius Chief
Soap: Ethos Melange d'agrumes
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla
Aftershave 2: Ethos Melange d'agrumes Skin Food Splash
Fragrance: Acqua Di Gio Profumo

Amazing Luxury shave today with a new to me Dragonsbeard Ethos scent-----------Melange d'agrumes--------------OMG this is an amazing scent and strong enough for me even without using the extra aroma dropper to up it. Typical ELITE soap performance with a winning citrus scent. This one seems to be much softer than the other Ethos soaps. Not sure if a change in the base or just the different ingredients, scent oils etc. Not a problem just a noted point. The shave with the Diamondback was extremely nice but I will reserve saying much until I get some more shaves with it. Video with initial thoughts is below here. Have a Stellar Day Everyone !!!

Been using the remede for about 2 weeks now after shaving and my skin feels great. I can say in this summer heat I do not feel oily at all. Very good product and I’m very impressed, good job Frank

Do you use this instead of the Skin Food or after?

Skin food aftershave first wait about 2-3min (clean up gear) and then apply the remede, works great for me

Thanks. I found the introduction post from Frank that says either order is fine - whatever works best for the individual.
