I have used both and while I really enjoy Nuavia the Esjberg really impressed. Nuavia lathers like most other soaps while the Esjberg was pretty different. It has a denser, shinier lather, not a lot of volume to it. My face felt absolutely amazing afterwards. I face lather so I can't help you with the scuttle question. For the price I thought Esjberg was a much better deal.

Not that you can tell all that much about how a soap/cream performs from a simple photo but both make LOVELY lather, and both perform beautifully.

Merkur Man your lathers are insane!

I have not tried either but both are on my radar, in particular Núavia if they create a new scent Smile

Both are, IMO, very nice and very different. Very enjoyable if you ask me :-)

I use a hot water scuttle every day, and use both Esbjerg cream and Nuavia. You can't go wrong with either, but the Nuavia experience is tops in my den.
