Just grab the Weller while you contemplate Dinder1 ! Weller 12 year, although difficult to find lately, is one of the greatest hidden gems in the bourbon world. Most of the Buffalo Trace stuff is solid but for $25, it's extraordinary. Of course, Antique is no slouch either!

Ha, great advice! I went with the Weller Antique 107 as I am out of the 12,,,,but you are right about the 12 being a gem along with the rest of the Weller lineup in my book.

Picked this bottle up today and am super excited to give it a go tonight.

Din, this Ford's is a really solid lower cost gin- very pleasantly surprised. We got a hall pass on the heat until the last week, week and a half but are in full swing now and it tastes great with a little Fever Tree tonic!

Fever Tree tonic, kwsher? I almost always grab Schwepps and haven't paid too much attention to the tonic side of a G&T. Hmm.

Really good stuff Freddy . They have a number of different types but the straight tonic and bitter lemon are my favorites for G&T.

Thanks for the tip, I will keep my eyes peeled for this gin. Our summer is finally arriving too, should be in the 80's this week.
