End cap missing, problem?

Hi.
I'm looking at buying an Aristocrat, but one end cap is missing, and the other loose.
Is this a problem?

I had a red tip with both end caps missing and it was no problem, it still worked fine. Gillette made razors without end caps for a few years before they started putting them on all of them. If you want them, I know Razor Emporium sells modern replacements. I've heard of some people gluing them on instead of soldering them like the originals.
