Release date is July 20, on the actual 50th anniversary of the moon landing.
In order to avoid schmaltzy "smells like space dust and Buzz Aldrin sweat", I will say it is akin to a very famous scent in the "fruity chypre" catagory.

Ok. Will a splash be available for the soap as well? Me likes chypre based scents....

Just a soap. It was a VERY last minute decision to do this release. Which is also why I chose to go with an Aventus-like scent. The tie in being it's resounding success as well as the apt tag lines of "bold, spirited and confident".
...and of course that it smells fantastic!

My father would have gotten a kick out of this. Not that he was a classic wet shaver. He used an electric his entire life. But he worked for Grumman during the years they were trying to secure the contract to build the Lunar Module. He was an engineer working on the fuel cells portion of the project. Sadly Grumman didn't get the contract. But he had models of the Lem around the house. Nice job with it. I may buy a tub in honor of my dad.

That’s awesome! ...and a bummer Grumman didn’t get the bid. I’ve been watching a lot of the recent shows building up to the anniversary. Love all of it.

This might be my favorite soap packaging of all time. Super cool. I'd be all over it if it were a veggie formula.
