Does shaving daily make hair grow faster?

Didn't think so. 

And what I found very interesting is just how old those studies cited are, almost 100 years ago! Every generation must hear from someone that the more you shave, the faster or thicker it will grow back. I remember hearing that in high school, as we all tried our best to grow a Magnum, PI, mustache! (And mostly failed!)

Some fictions never die and just continue to be repeated.

If one shaves daily then the hair isn't around long enough to make that determination anyway.
