There is no doubt in my mind that andrewjs18 cannot jump and fix things immediately.  Let me expand on my intent.  My background is in finance and accounting.  As you can well imagine I have experienced many issues with computer software in my time.  I am a computer user and not actually tech savvy.  When ever I had problems my computer experts always wanted to know every issue as there could be several problems appearing to be one.  So, I thought all of the things I experienced yesterday would be helpful for him or whom ever will deal with this.  For instance, the same thing happened on another blog which appears to have similar or the same software.  That's why I added that in a reply.  If I sounded arrogant I want to apologize; but please understand that was in no way my intent.

what's the point of a status page if you don't update it when a portion of the site is having problems?!
