my armpit sweating is mostly controlled by antiperspirant. my hands and feet are another story...I started using this cream for my hands about a month ago and it works decently..

I use alum these days! I wasn't entirely sure it would be effective but it really is. Doesn't really stop you sweating (which you kind of need to do anyway) but it removes all of the nasty smell, keeps you fresh.

I'm still using the same tub of Mystic Water deodorant I commented on in post #69 and probably has 40-50% remaining. This stuff works great for me. It's a deodorant and not an antiperspirant (i'm allergic to antiperspirant) so I still sweet time to time depending on conditions and activity, but when I do there is zero stench and only the pleasant smell of the Lavandin/lemongrass/ patchouli/tea tree scent int he deodorant. I dont even notice stench after playing hockey. Roll ons and sticks are easier to put on but less effect for me. I will deal with the manual application with fingers and extra hand wash to use MW deodorant any day of the week.

I have used the typical antiperspirants over the years, all of them containing aluminum. About a year ago we received some free Native deodorant that was touted as being all natural without the aluminum, parabens and other bad stuff. I tried their Eucalyptus and Mint version and within two weeks I started breaking out with a really bad rash in my underarm area. I stopped using it and complained to Native who sent me their "sensitive skin" formula which is Coconut and Vanilla. I'm a vanilla fan as well as coconut and like the scent. And my rash did not come back so I used an entire stick of the stuff. It worked as well or better than any antiperspirant the I've used. But when I went to buy more I found they charge $12 a stick. Then I noticed it "on sale" for $10. At prices like that I went looking for an alternative and found Arm & Hammer Essentials. No aluminum or parabens. And they took out the Triclosan. While it doesn't go on as dry as the Native, I don't have to put much on. I swipe 3 or 4 times and done. Works all day. And I can tend to stink. And at less than $2 a stick, this is now my go to deodorant.

Been using TOBS sandelwood for a while. The smell is great for my none shaving days. For my shaving days i have the non clashing TBS maca root deodorant.

Both with none of the "bad stuff" as far as i know. Being an office drone I don't need much

No antiperspirants here. Thankfully I've never needed them, so the "round stick" formula of Old Spice is what I've used for years. Never had a problem with it ever. Love the scent.
I'd love to support one of the artisans here that make a deodorant, but honestly, none of them have ever worked for me. Looking at the ingredients on the old stick formula, it seems to me that an artisan should be able to recreate something quite similar. The ingredients are fairly basic honestly, and things I've definitely seen in artisan products before (aside from Triclosan, which is what makes the deodorant... well, a deodorant.)

Alcohol Denat, Propylene Glycol, Water, Sodium Stearate, Fragrance, Triclosan, Tetrasodium EDTA, Yellow 10, Green 5.

I grabbed that ingredients list offline, not sure if that's still the same ingredients as I thought I had heard that P&G was going to start phasing out Triclosan from it's products. No idea if that ever happened though.

Windecker Farms charcoal cream deodorant, it works great all day

I live in south Italy.
In summer heat is almost african.
In the last year I've found the perfect way to prevent sweat smelling: deodorant cream.

They works with (primarely) three different components:
• Sodium Bicarbonate (astringent, bacteriostatic)
• Rise Starch (adsorbent, film-forming)
• Coconut oil (bactericidal)

My fav is the Meissner Tremonia Deocreme, in the Indian Flavour fragrance.
All have full bio list of ingredients, this is the INCI of mine:
