Second shave with the Washington. Once again I didn't load enough soap. This bad boy is sooo dense and probably needs a few more lathers to keep opening up. The face feel is really nice....so soft with great backbone. I noticed this morning that the center of the knot is still slightly damp but the edges are a little crispy.

Sounds like it will be an awesome, awesome knot once you get it opened up. I have been eyeballing these.

Last nights shave was really good, though it's amazing how much soap it takes to load this beast. Tips are slightly crunchy this morning and definitely hooking quite a bit.
