After a long trip from Canada, this arrived. A very nice note was included, as well as some additional items, including Canadian candy, Daim, which I liked very much! Chocolate covered toffee, I believe. 

This 1960 Fatboy is very clean. It will be heading to Back Roads Gold for a tune up after the holidays.

Received a 1947 Superspeed, which I ordered after seeing Bryan's ( Old Sarge ) shave of the day. It arrived this morning. I got a good deal, but it is in bad condition. Below are the before pics...

Did some quick cleaning... Near-boiling water, dawn detergent, white vinegar, and Flitz polish (not altogether, of course).

I finished with some renwax. Below is the finished product...

And I saw your comments on the Omega Jade brush. I am really excited to experience this myself! The Jade I ordered is in New Jersey now, after its transatlantic flight. Hopefully it will be here soon, but it's not like I don't have enough boars!

Thanks, Eric. The handle is what sold me on this one. I've got another Elite Manchurian & it's a terrific knot, I'm hoping this one will be, too. Glad to hear your Premium Jade is almost to you. But as you say, you have one or two other boars to keep you in lather until it arrives.

Look here please . You have not confused anything. What Manchurian are we talking about? As I understand it, this is HMW Silvertip.
