My little Dollar Tree razor is chatty, but I wouldn't recommend it as a daily driver.

Echoing others my Charcoal Goods Lvl 2 in copper definitely sings... I never enjoyed chatty razors and always preferred a more muted sound as that to me signified blade rigidity and better comfort. But while definitely the loudest razor in my den the Charcoal shaves me exceptionally well with no irritation. I like to use this razor with no running faucet or other noise as I find the audible feedback extremely relaxing when it’s the only sound in the room.
