Just Here for the Shaves
Williamsburg, KY
Well Camping is CANNED but we'll be vacationing from home with the same other couple at our place and theirs on differing nights. Some day trips with 1 overnighter at a friends rental in Townsend TN so I can take my wife to her favorite spot in the Smokies (Cades Cove)I'm actually relieved not to have the packing and massive setup and teardown this year as I've just been in too much pain anyway. Should be a fun week. Got some goodies in today just now that brightens things even more. A RARE Ever Ready Sun Ray Set and an Ever Ready Streamline Set.....the Earlier one of the 2 I'm told. Hope everyone has a great weekend !!

Razor: Ever Ready Streamline
Blade: Gem
Brush: Smattayu Sorrentino Sea Foam
Soap: Signature Soaps Hibernia
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Pinaud Citrus Musk
Fragrance: John Varvatos Dark Rebel
Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 1,088

Took the new to me Streamline for a spin today and I love the heft of these baby's as well as the more blade feel. What a nice, close and drama free shave. I'm told this is the earlier model and I don't know which is more aggressive as one is purported to be, but this was a great shave. I just had to be mindful of pressure compared to a 1912. I can't say anything about this soap that most don't know already. The scent is a great citrus lemon and lime to me with other stuff playing in there for the more in tune schnozzles out there. Most in Europe know of Brians soaps but here in the states you can to get from Pastuer's although Brian ships to the states as well. That's it for now and hope all have a GREAT weekend !!

Somehow I missed this post earlier. Anyway, it sounds like you have planned a great alternative time, good for you folks!

And those razors look like brand ne, just home from the store! Very cool.

Alrighty, a video to look forward to! Hopefully this evening I will have time to watch. That handle on the razor, when I first saw it, made me think you'd bought an old electric razor, before I took a closer look at the photo. You definitely find some interesting tools from the past!
